in my earlier post. Scraping can be done SO much more quickly and with less dust and mess. I can scrape down a hull in maybe 10% of the time it takes to sand. In fact, I seldom even touch a hull with abrasives until the final fill coat is on. Even before glassing. Except for feathering the edges where glass is overlapped.
