"repair kits" of West System epoxy from West Marine. They have two sizes. Not really that cost effective if all you need is resin, but that's an option for you if you can't find a small quantity other wise. WM also sells WEST epoxy in qt sizes and hardeners in pints. Just for emergency info cause it isn't cheap that way
And I know about the end pours. Excellent way to use up epoxy. I always try to keep a few smaller jobs out and ready for when I find I've mixed a bit too much.
Just this morning I was recoating a couple of yak decks. Had to much and pre coated some frames for another boat. Too expensive to waste the stuff.
