How do you know water is in the sealed compartment? If you know for a fact you have several options in my book. 1: Rip out the mini-cell, dry, fix problem and reinstall using a better bead of the 5200. 2: Since you have no hatches now, just cut the holes for them, take care of the problem and then make temp covers that will be water proof, duct taped mylar sheet would be one way. Make permanent hatches at you leisure later. 3: Stand on end and hope all water is out, but that will be very hard to determine. Good luck!
