Thanks for all the advice and ideas....I'm sure I'll have a lot more questions as I get into the mix of things. Also looks like I need to get a couple tools...rasp, file, pull saw...other stuff I think I've got. Well, except for the wood, epoxy, and fiberglass. I need to do that next. This is going to be so cool. (I hope my brother likes it.) Till my next set of questions....
