Greenland paddles

I've currently got a blog up whose posts right now show one approach to building a Greenland paddle. It uses an engineer's approach different than Charles Holst's.
Later there will be a bunch of posts that highlight another less engineered, more tactile approach.
Greenland paddles have a lot to recommend them. They're easier on the wrists and shoulders. They're inexpenisve. And because they're simple in shape, you don't have to fool with the power face when you scull or roll.
