G'day Ben Most Aussie marine suppliers will sell powdered pixydust from BoteCote called "Fillet/Glue Filler", which works a treat in place of the woodflour etc. Mix it in ever-increasing quantities until it's the consistency you need. My hint is to mix it gradually, and make the mixture thicker than you think you need. It comes out slightly grey rather than brown, but still looks fine against Okoume ply. A 4-litre tub is plenty and costs (as I recall) maybe $15. Here's their site, with a link to their Sydney suppliers, but I've found that most anywhere sells it. Happy paddlin'
