Thanks all. The carbide scraper has already been put to work, along with the pam sander and the hand sanding. I like the idea of hooking up the shop vac to the sander. I have a cartridge mask tha I use when sanding but it still puts out alot of dust in the garage. It seems like the vacuum attachment ((with the exterior exhaust) would be a good step up health and cleanliness wise...
