Crooked bow

I am building a Coho from P***y boats. The hull is made up of 4 panels on each side. The panels on each side that will butt up the shear were slightly warped (one concave, one convex) on the bow approximately 2 feet from the end. Needless to say the straightening techniques I used prior to construction did not work. The panels have now been glued along the seams. Before going any farther with the project, I would like to correct the problem. The bow curves to the left about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The problem appears to begin approximately 2 feet from the bow. Any suggestions on correction?
