A definitive answer is NO!

If you have to ask the answer is always no in my opinion.

I equate anything with whitecaps as a situation where I need the seal of a spray skirt.

Just my opinion and not a definitive answer, but when it comes to the way mother nature treats you is there ever a definitive answer?

Kurt is probably a good person to answer your question as he has spent a fair amount of time in a Mill Creek.
