Everyone thank you very much for your adivice, still considering what to do, I really like the idea of internal bungee cords but was almost considering having a bolt with a wooden top that could be screwed down and used as not only the piece that would hold it down but could also be used to lift it up. I don't know... to many options, and i fuss way to much with this thing. I go in spurts, work hard for a week, get frustrated, mess something up... wait a week... Fix problem... Move on again for another week... Then the cycle repeats.

Once again thanks for the advice. Really conjured up some ideas.
