My plastic Perception Sole' came rigged with a simular type of rope, little silver slash looking things woven into the rope. Don't know where/who Perception get it from, but it sure reflects the light. Some tent manufactures use reflective ropes for their guy lines, no more tripping over guy lines in the dark (assuming you have some sort of flash light).
