Oh... the bright lights of Bris-Vegas. Well I live further north in Gladstone... well actually Tannum Sands.

I'm getting close to finishing a Ch17 and a Ch16(with an 1" off the sides). Still have to install the rear hatches(will do this when I have sorted the front hatches), and deck lines. Also the sanding and painting are yet to come.

Took them for their first sea trials (aka paddle up a local estuary) on the weekend... still stiff and sore!

Got a note left by a couple, inviting my girlfriend and I to call them to organise a paddle, when we returned from our "sea trials" on Sunday. Called them up, and he is looking at building a WR18 from himself, and he knows of another bloke near Gladstone who's building a couple. Soon Gladstone will have it's own small fleet of CLC's

Time to leave work and go for a paddle.
