I had the same experience with 'lumpy' peanut butter. I tried 2 different things, both worked well - the second was best. 1) take some wood flour and regrind it in an electric coffee grinder to chop it even more - any moisture in the flour will make this method pointless however. Second, sand some scrap plywood and take the collected dust from your filter bag to use in the fillets, the particles are very fine and provide a good putty.
