Another filleting questio

The seem between the side and bottom panels has a nice �v� shape in the middle of the boat, but becomes virtually flat over the last foot or so leading to the bow. Should I fillet this flat area as well, or just lay down a thin layer of thickened epoxy for the glass tape? If I should fillet, how height should that fillet be? How would the glass tape stay flat over such a fillet?
