Wood Duck and Varnish

I have 3 cans of systems 3 Marine coatilngs spar varnish. Is this a good choise to filnish off my Wood Duck 10?
I am anxious to get on with this project. I thaought it would be eaiser to find varnish locally than I am experienceing.
