I'm assuming you are referring to the L shaped brackets that attach the monorail to the leveling legs. For the Oxford I would attach the long leg of the L to the monorail. This will allow you to position the Rowwing close to the bottom of the boat. The Ox is tippy compared to kayaks so you want the center of gravity as low as possible.
