We just had our first big paddle weekend of our recently completed kayaks on Smith Island and they passed the test with an A+.  Thanks CLC.  Completing the weekend was the 10 mile open water paddle between Tylerton on Smith Island and Crisfield, MD with 2 foot waves (bigger at times) and the kayaks went as straight as the gps line we followed. The highlight of the crossing was when 8 bottlenose dolphins came up to my wife and one stared eye to eye with a look saying another one of those silly dumb humans. My wife was squealing with excitement.
