Finally done! We launched Ducklet on Sunday in Duncan Bay, Cheboygan, MI. Watertight and oh so smooth.
Thanks to everyone for their help. I have more construction pics if anyone is interested and if I can figure out how to post them.

Hi Steve,
Your Wood Duck looks great. And there is no place like Lake Michigan to make a maden voyage.
We love our Wood Duck Hybrid and we love Lake Michigan. I know that you will too.
