Hi Jim, I too ask the same question a few weeks back and I was told by CLC to stack all three layers on at once and then epoxy. The pictures do show this. You will have to cut each one to shape. Plan on spending a couple of hrs cutting and smoothing each layer of cloth out before epoxying. You can do the bow & stern without cutting a slit. The epoxy I found to be easier then all the cutting and layering of the cloth. The loose ends (threads) I cut off while the epoxy was still green. Use a squeegee then a foam brush to tip out.
