I used plain water after wet sanding to remove most of the fine sanding dust, wipe with clean rag then wipe with 96% denatured alcohol while it's still slightly wet. Alcohol absorbs water readily and it will evaporate from the hull very fast. If there is still some sanding dust after alcohol evaporates use clean brush to get rid of it. You'll be ready for painting in few minutes.
