Found these great pieces of plastic online at Amazon.  They work great for attaching webbing for hatch cover retainers and securing the back of my seat back support.  I love the slightly curved low profile.  I haven't strength tested them yet.  I installed them with some graphite infused epoxy for color match.  Just put a dab on each foot and then filled the screw hole from the top.  A small bit leaked out the bottom to form a nice micro fillet.
