Sand inside hull between epoxy coats?

Working on my WD12 and I've completed the fillets & taping on the interior hull and deck.  Plans now call for a second coat of epoxy.  Do I sand between these coats, or is that overkill?

RE: Sand inside hull between epoxy coats?

I followed this after making the mistake of sanding between coats for no reason and it worked well

  1. What is the recoat time? - Since epoxies from CLC are 100% solid (no solvent), recoat time can be as short as surface tack. If more than 30 hours pass between coats, we recommend a light scuff sand. Always check for blush on surfaces.
