I am considering pre-coating the inside of panels 3, 4, and 5 with 2-3 coats of epoxy (no cloth)  and sanding to 220 prior to assembly and in prep for varnish on the Tandem Wherry.  Also considering pre-coating the bulkheads.

CLC tech support did not encourage the panels saying they may be too stiff, but OK'ed the bulkheads.

Anyone had any experience with either?
