Northeaster Dory hull dimensions wanted

I'm hoping to mount an electric trolling motor to my dory for this summer. I'm considering buying a Newport Vessels 30in shaft NV series. The goal is to build an extension at the stern, which would protrude to starboard and provide an outboard mount.

The boat in question is currently upside down in my back yard under three feet of snow. This is awkward.

Would someone with an accessible boat be kind enough to take a measurement? I should be most grateful to know the vertical distance from the thwart, say a foot forward of the transom, to the bottom of the skeg. I'd also like to know where the water line is relative to the thwart and the skeg. I'm told that the propeller position is to be determined relative to the waterline and the bottom of the skeg.

John
