I saw a wherry on craiglist and couldn't resist. I knew it needed some TLC but surely that would be less work than a kit from scratch (ha!). So... it was built by a first-timer who did a pretty good job but as I look at it closely it seems to be not just overweight but possibly a bit rotund. So I'm wondering what are the dimensions of a proper wherry single. Could anyone out there tell me the 'inside width (between top strakes across the interior) at
- The forward bulkhead
- Center of forward seat plank
- Ditto aft seat
- Rear bulkhead
- Angle of strakes where they're brouight together at the bow?
Thanks!
