I'm wondering if anyone has installed any kind of loop or tab to ease the removal of the Tenderly Dinghy trunk filler. It's a bit tricky to extract even when you're not in a hurry.
Why the tricky? Isn't there a fingerhole in it? Or two?
If not, or even if (it's a problem with just hole(s)) I can't imagine it'd be a difficult task adding something more easily managed in that hurry you mention.
Piece of rope, loop @ one end, knot @ t'other... bit of wood shaped to be grabbed easily with wet hands, screwed & epoxied to the filler piece... all kinds of possibilities!
