Annapolis Wherry tandem mooring cleats and alternative sliding seats.

Getting along with our build (all the bits are fitted, now for the saaaanding) so I've been mulling over options for mooring cleats, locations to mount and styles.  Not a fan of the drilled bow or breasthook look and keen to minimise weight. Anyone found something which looks good? Stern is a particular tricky consideration aestheically.

Also if anyone has fitted the Angus rowboats sliding seat kit to the AWT I'd be keen to swap notes!  I've built some CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) mock ups to get the hull curve but how to extend beyond the bulkhead for the full slider length?  Again, we're going with this to halve the weight of the seat sliders.

Hopeful we will be out of lockdown soon so I can get it in the water, but not too soon so I can finish it while "WFH" <g>.

RE: Annapolis Wherry tandem mooring cleats and alternative sliding seats.

You could make wooden cleats and glue them to the boat.
