Will kayak deck compass interfere with sail rig?
I have. Chesapeake 17 with a marine compass (sold by CLC) mounted 18.5” forward of the cockpit lip. Will this interfere with the CLC sail rig outrigger deck contact point?

I bought the sailrig plans but decided not to build (yet). They show the aft aka placed 5-7" behind the cockpit combing. They also show the spacing between the akas as 48" measured on the inside (front of aft aka to back of front aka). The akas are each 1.5" wide (front to back). The mast partner is located centerline on the front of the front aka. That should be all that you need to get some idea.
