Trailex Trailer for Teardrop - easy to fit in space with less length?

I see the trailer length on the CLC trailex trailer they sell for the teardrop is 11'8". My question is once assembled is it easy to disassemble any of the hitch area in order to shorten up enough to store in an area which is roughly 10 1/2 feet?

Unfotunately, no. The receiver is only 4 to 6 inches, so even if you take that off it's too long. The tongue is structural and cannot be removed without disassembling the backbone of the trailer (certainly nothing you'd want to do with the camper on the trailer).

In addition, the camper hangs over the back of the trailer to the point that the whole assembly is 13 feet long (give or take a couple of inches).

Depending on how wide your space is, you might be able to angle the trailer diagonally.
