Northeaster Dory gunnel and filet separation

I built a dory several years ago and hauled it by sledge and snowmobile into my remote cabin on a nice lake. In summary, friends allowed the transom to sit in water and I let it almost fill with rainwater that froze solid. Ouch! The stern 12" of both gunnels have separated from the transom and the top strake and the transom from the top strakes on each side. The filet holding the middle bulkhead to the inside of the hull has lifted off the strakes, I assume when the ice expanded (or when i busted up the ice with a small sledge).

Would you folks be so kind as to give me some repair advice? I love rowing my dory. I promise to take better care of it!

Thanks.

JB
