WD 12 Hybrid - OK to Glass Bottom with Deck Forms in Place?

Did a "test-fit' of the deck forms yesterday and after all the effort to get them in the right places (home-made spreader bars a big help) and tacked in with hot-glue, would like to leave them there while I finish prepping and glassing the bottom.  Not the order prescribed in the manual, but wondering if there are any downsides to proceeding in this manner.  Will need to put some plastic sheeting to prevent expoy drips (or glass adhering) to the forms, but seems like the best way to maintain the final shape of the hull.

Thoughts from more experienced builders (not on their first one like me).

RE: WD 12 Hybrid - OK to Glass Bottom with Deck Forms in Place?

your proposal sounds fine.

i always try to do my glassing in a way that when i am glassing i can ensure i am locking in the most true shape possible.  so your approach is fine.  just make sure to use the plastic as described to make sure you don't accidently get epoxy where you don't want it.
