Petrel end pour questions

I'm fibreglassing my Petrel. I've done the outside of the hull and I'm doing the outside of the deck this afternoon, so I'm thinking ahead to end pours and joining the hull to the deck.

I have some questions about the need to do an end pour in the Petrel...how much and where.

My kit came with two buckets of wood flour and one smaller bucket of cell-o-fill. I'm not sure about the best uses of either.

I'm installing some stainless steel U bolts at either end and I'm planning on coating the inside hardware with wood flour or cell-o-fill to seal them off from exposure to salt water and moisture. These fixtures are intended to be permanent for the life of the kayak.

It seems reasonable to put a little wood flour in either end to make the fiberglassing easier, but I'm thinking I don't need to put a lot in there because it's pretty well sealed off.

I'd appreciate any guidance or thoughts.

Thanks.
