When I was finishing my Wood Duck-12, in March of this year, I decided to "go" with the epoxy-graphite mix as a bottom coating.  THE BEST THING I EVER DID....  Since that time, I have (gently) bumped over submerged logs, lightly passed atop gravel bottom and just last Sunday, PLOUGHED thru thick mud.  When I flipped my kayak over yesterday afternoon to wash it, the bottom STILL looks like new.  Rolled on easily (Two coats) and looks great.  Plus, the black bottom creates a wonderful contrast with the brightwork finish of the hull sides.   ~BRUCE~
