Pygmy by about 10 years... They put together a proper kit. I recently reviewed their building manual and CLC has them beat hands down. I built a Wood Duck 12, coming out at around 40 pounds. Pygmy has a 14 1/2 foot model that weights 4 pounds LESS. A beautiful boat. The difference is in the beam. I'm thinking of building one, BUT, if this is your first build, GO WITH CLC !!!! ~BRUCE~
