I am building a sea island sport, I think any of you who have decks may have encountered the same possible problem.
The stern tip has a twist in the plywood probably due to a high humidity. Is there a problem with going ahead and glassing the underside with the twist then later flatting it out upon assembly with the hull? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Won't be a problem at all. You'll be able to pull the deck onto the hull for assembly with a few extra pieces of tape or plastic wrap, whichever you choose.
