i am getting ready to final sand on my matunuck before i paint. i started thinking about a backband. this kayak has no provisions for attachment. do anyone have any suggestions and how many attachment points should there be?  i was thinking about glassing in some plywood on the sides and something  behind the seat.  any help would be great.
