Apply a bead of thickened epoxy.

 

Position the skeg exactly on the marks.

 

 

Clean up any excess epoxy. (The first application of glue fixes the fin in place.)

 

Square-edged wooden blocks or bricks will hold the skeg plumb while the epoxy cures. The blocks have been protected with clear tape so that they don't stick to the skeg.
