The fiberglass should be smoothed until there are absolutely no wrinkles, and the fabric is in contact with the hull everywhere.    It should just lap up onto your epoxy fillets. If the fabric is free of wrinkles now, your chances of getting a wrinkle-free fiberglassing job once epoxy is flowing are greatly increased.
