49. Applying Interior Fiberglass
The fiberglass should be applied before the interior epoxy fillets have cured, in order to ensure a good bond between fiberglass and the epoxy fillets. (The alternative is to let the fillets cure first, whereupon you'll have to sand them extensively.) You'll be fiberglassing the interior up to the top of panel 4. Note the blue masking tape applied along the lower edge of panel 5, preventing adhesion above that line. Before you start, vacuum the hull and make sure there are no epoxy blobs, chips of wood, or anything else that can "tentpole" the fiberglass.
