One thing you can do while the fillets are gelling, before they are smoothed, is to gently flip the hull and fill the seams of the LapStitch joints with epoxy.    This is a jam-consistency mix of silica and epoxy, dispensed from a syringe or a caulk gun as shown here.    However, it's probably best to wait until after the interior fiberglassing work has been done to attack these seams.    We were pushing it by using fast-curing epoxy. These seams need to be filled right up to the top.
