Re: Resin bubbles

I thought I could get around the issue with totally pre-sealed panels as it was hard to keep a steady temp in an uninsulated garage and I didn't want to be restricted to glassing in the afternoon. I pre-glassed the interior of the four hull panels and sealed the exterior. It all was working well but I had a bubble at four stitch holes that didn't get completely sealed up. It was kind of funny because the hull exterior was sealed/glassed but the bubble came up after each fill coat before it stopped on the last one. I'm sure if I had done one of those fill coats on falling temps it would have taken care of it, or at least did a better job filling the holes. Doesn't take but a tiny, tiny microscopic hole for air to be forced out of a large panel.
