epoxy batch size...

Shearwater build is going well, getting to the point my epoxy batches are getting larger.

Last night front bulkhead area of hull done with around 12 ounces epoxy mixed, tonight will be about the same doing the aft. Cockpit will need more to wet out glass....when it comes time to wet out the entire hull glass.........how large a batch (in ounces) do you guys typically mix up at a time to use immediately? I am using CLC's MAS slow hardener in a heated (when I am working in there) garage to around 60 maybe 65 degrees.
