just a note on getting the bolts positioned correctly. I wrap the ends of the footbrace with saran wrap, tape lower threads, put both bolts through the holes and put the nut lightly on each bolt. Then paint some epoxy on the hull, position the assembly and clamp lightly in place. Add 4X4" piece of glass cut to allow centering and complete wetout of glass. Allow resin to softset and repeat glass patches 3 more times.
