Converting a CNC model into plans really shouldn't take long. They already had to know the geometry of each piece to program the CNC machine. At a minimum you can make full size plans by just tracing the actual pieces in the kit. Where the time is consumed is by writing the plans and putting the process into "layman" terms so everyone can understand them. Hopefully the plans will be out soon because their new catalog shows them available. I wouldn't mind building a duck for paddling on our small local lakes.
