Wood Duck Plans

I've noticed the plans for the Wood Duck still are't available, after being listed 'available in November'. Maybe CLC can comment on this?

Any builders here as of yet? The description sounds interestng. My BIL is looking at building one or eight (he has many kids!) and commented he wonders how it'd do for a lake-front home (small lake). Looks like some significant twists; how is it to assemble?
