One approach to warming the epoxy is to simply keep the resin and hardener jugs in a warm place. That could be indoors, or in a cupboard with a lighbulb doing the heating. Some more lights can warm the kayak itself. There's a nice shop tip that discusses heaters and lamps. See the link.
