No sheer clamps in the standard Wood Duck: the deck is 'glassed onto the hull from the inside. The extra-large cockpit and short length make this a lot easier than longer kayaks done this way.

The upcoming cedar strip deck "hybrid" version of the Wood Duck will have sheer clamps if that's your preference...
