Did you bevel the edges of your panels where they join together? If you bevel the edges, the panels will be much easier to hold in alignment and give you a nice, fair joint line. Assuming that this is the case, and you have not glued it together yet. I would take it apart, bevel the edges, and reassemble. By not taking care of the cause of the problem, the panels will not be shaped properly. No amount of sanding will straighten a wavy hull panel.
