Split scarf joint, help!

Putting the bottom of my Peace Canoe and I managed to not only split a scarf joint but I also had two of them come part-way undone. I have some pictures up on my blog and could really use some suggestions on how to remedy this little problem. Thank you for all of input people have had with my previous posts!
