I'm not sure the Peace Canoe needs a high tech high gloss paint. I used Kirby's semi-gloss on my Skerry and that looks great (and wears well). Honestly you could use any durable paint, and if it was easy to apply and touch up, you might just be more likely to keep it looking spiffy.
